Amsco eLearning Web Site Launched!

Share/Save/Bookmark
AMSCO has launched a new Web site for secondary-level educators! Amsco eLearning, at amscoelearning.com, gives teachers convenient access to digital content that accompanies Amsco's textbooks, supplemental books, and review books. Currently, this content includes lesson plans, extension activities, handouts, and other teaching tools suitable for classroom use on interactive whiteboards, or for printing. (Note: Secure material such as tests and answer keys are not available on the site.)

Amsco eLearning offers resources for all major subject areas. Some of the highlights include:

English Language Arts: teacher's guides, handouts with graphic organizers, and assessment rubrics

Foreign Languages: Spanish-English and English-Spanish Glossaries

Mathematics: enrichment activities and extended tasks

Science: lesson plans, chapter review handouts, and reference tables

Social Studies: lesson plans, maps & diagrams, and student study guides

To access the resources, simply go to amscoelearning.com, click your subject area and browse by category or book. When you find a book that interests you, click to see what resources are available. Then click a resource to open it. It's that easy!

When you visit the site, check out the Links page. Amsco's editors created this list of tried-and-true, teacher-tested, amazingly helpful, and generally impressive Web sites. They are organized by subject area, with an additional General Interest category.

As Amsco eLearning develops, we will be creating and uploading new content designed to enhance the experience of teaching and learning with Amsco's books. When you visit the site, sign up for e-mail news, and we will send you updates when we upload new resources in your subject areas.
